A villa of an unusual design built in the early 1900s.  The property comprises the main villa of about 250mq including the attics, outbuildings/houses/barn/stalls of 400mq, and about 4000mq of land.

The unusual layout of the property is best described such:  A private access road leads to the first gate, which enters into the classic baglio which is surrounded on all four sides with rural buildings, in varying states of repair.  Directly in front  a second gate leads to a staircase up to the main villa which remains unfinished, inasmuch as the left hand side of the façade was never completed due to family events.   Two staircases go up to the terrace which leads along the façade, although the more practical entrance is to the side.
